Reverend Keith Walters                                                          

Rev. Keith C. Walters is the son of Lloyd & Susie Fortune and the late James Walters. He was born in Chicago, IL. He came to Paducah at the age of 13. He was educated in Paducah Public schools and later attended West Kentucky Vocational School and Kentucky State University.

He started his teaching ministry in 1988 at the Calvary Baptist Church in San Diego, CA under the pastoratr of the late Dr. S.M. Lockridge. He answered his call to preach the Gospel in February, 1996 under the pastorate of the late Rev. Willie James Smith. He was ordained by the Rev. James A. Turner in December of 2005. While at Washington Street Church, Rev. Walters has held positions as Sunday School teacher, Office Manager, Assisting Minister to the pastor and Minister of Music. He is now in the position of Sunday School Director. He is the father of one daughter and has two grandsons.
